Staying healthy in a hurry

Hello, My name is Crystal , Mother of 3 , with a full-time job in the health care field!! Which equals up to no time for anything.
I have been on the weight loss road for the past 3 years. I was up to 185 lbs, and totally felt like crap. So I decided to do something about it, which included dieting and exercise. I managed to drop 35 lbs in 4 months, but my weight loss goals still have not been met after 3 years, due to work and family obligations. Getting to the gym always sounds good, but by the time I get off work I'm extremely exhausted. I have to cook and clean its never ending.
But.....I recently started to getting back on track here starting out in the mornings with a green smoothie for breakfast, nuts for mid morning snack, salad and protein for lunch and a reduced carbohydrate dinner. I dropped 4 lbs last week. I'm super excited.
I plan to keep sharing my triumph!
